The Petaloso Story
Petaloso is a term coined by an eight year old boy in the town of Copper in central Italy. He used the word in a writing assignment, combining “petals” (“petal”) and the suffix “oso” (“full of”) to describe a flower as “full of petals”. When we learned this, we fell in love with the way it rolled off of our tongues, and found it perfect to describe our company—fun and packed full of beautiful and unique flowers!
Like the eight year old boy, we’ve developed our own interpretation of flowers here at Petaloso—a twist on traditional floral design combined with a knack for creating outside the box. We are a full-service floral design company, approaching each event as a one-of-a-kind concept and work of art. We are artists using flowers as our medium. With nearly two decades of experience in the floral industry, our team is constantly dreaming up new ways to create exceptional floral displays to bring our clients’ visions to life and beyond.
At Petaloso we consider ourselves a creative firm with a focus on floral artistry. Our work involves creating beautiful floral-filled atmospheres for all types of events including weddings, anniversaries, fundraisers, corporate soirées, branding events, you name it! We also style photo shoots for product placement, film and television sets, and execute large floral installations that will “WOW” your audience.
