ASHLEY ROSE STANOL: FLORAL DESIGNER
Hey Flower Friends! I am a lover of flowers, food, fur babies, and all things colorful & creative. Plain and simple: my favorite part about working with flowers is the joy that it brings people. I also love that there is always more to learn when it comes to flowering, whether it's discovering new floral variations, learning new ways to design, or meeting a flower I've never met before!
In addition to getting my hands dirty in the floral industry, I also take a weekly pottery class that fills my creative cup, play with my dog Guapo, and work as a professional photographer. I picked a garden rose for my floral portrait because, well... it IS my middle name!

ABBY BOSE: OFFICE MANAGER
Hi there! Prior to joining Petaloso, I had worked in countless roles within the wedding industry over the past 12+ years (think venue management, catering, planning, stationery, rentals). I was so excited to take on something new and learn all about the gorgeous world of wedding flowers!
One of my favorite things about working in florals is seeing the full vision come to life, and knowing how much prep went into it all in the months, weeks and days prior. I love starting an event day off with countless buckets of flowers, centerpieces, candles, and more, and then seeing the space slowly transform throughout the day into a beautiful, cohesive, and custom design.
When I'm not at the studio, I am likely camped out on my laptop at a coffee shop with a lavender latte, visiting a local restaurant or brewery with friends, especially if it's trivia or music bingo night, or at home with my husband, Jeremy, and our three fur babies.

SUSANNE CARTER DAVIS: FLORAL DESIGNER
Hello! I have been in the floral industry for some time now and I continue to love it! I started working with flowers as a "break" from other career paths until I realized that floral was my path! I love working as a florist because flowers bring joy and who doesn't want to spread joy! I also get to be creative, work hard and meet and work with amazing people. I love when I discover a new flower or find a perfect bloom of one I already know. It is also wonderful to be a part of a team that brings a floral vision to life and be in awe of the final transformation.
In addition to working with flowers, I love spending time with my husband and two boys as well as my fur princess, Bree. I also love to travel and my dream would be to have a flower farm in the South of France!!

AMY NEVILLE: STUDIO MANAGER
Hi! I am new to the floral industry and have really been enjoying the floral world. I love how everyday is different, challenging, and so incredibly beautiful! I enjoy pushing myself and discovering my creative side. We have such an amazing team at Petaloso, and I look forward to all of the beautiful work we will continue to create together. I came on as Studio Manager in January of 2022 and have loved learning and growing in the industry ever since.
💕
I chose Chamomile as my flower as I find it hard not to smile when you see it and I love how bouncy and happy it is! The smell is so lovely as well!

MARY MULLEN: FLORAL DESIGNER
Well Hello! After a long career in finance and accounting (ugh), I discovered my love of all things floral when my daughters gifted me a floral workshop for Mothers Day. From there I tumbled down the “rabbit hole” into the enchanted land of flowers. I took many design courses which led me to my passion for growing flowers. I was lucky enough to study flower farming as well as work on a flower farm where I made what seemed like a million bouquets and taught design workshops using flowers fresh from the fields.
I relocated from Philadelphia to Charleston where I have been able to hone my floral design skills specifically tailored to weddings and events and I serendipitously landed at Petaloso, my new floral home. I am so happy and honored to be learning and designing alongside the very talented Petaloso team. It has been amazing to watch flower dreams go through the extensive design process to become a beautiful reality on that special day.
In my freetime, I am typically tending my backyard garden alongside my husband and our rescue pup, Bertha, while simultaneously texting our four grown children back in Philadelphia trying to get them to relocate to Charleston as well.
